- ACH: Available for banks located in the United States. The currency accepted is USD.

Zapier Return Policy?
Zapier offers refunds in certain situations. To be eligible for a refund, do not delete your account as it removes your payment history and prevents Zapier from issuing a refund. Instead, downgrade your account to the plan you want to prevent further charges of your current plan. Then, contact the support team.
This refund policy applies when you:
- Downgrade to a Free plan
- Downgrade to a plan type with fewer features (i.e. Professional to Starter)
- Downgrade to a lower task tier in the same plan (i.e. Professional 10K to Professional 5K)
- Cancel or downgrade an add-on
Refunds are not automated. You must contact Zapier Support to request a refund.
Refund eligibility is based on the type of billing cycle (monthly or yearly). For example, for monthly plans, a full refund of up to 3 most recent charges is possible if there was no task usage during those months. You must contact support within 6 months of your last charge. Zapier will only issue a refund for the months immediately preceding the refund request. Only the most recent consecutive months of no task usage before the refund request will be eligible for a refund.
For yearly plans, there is no refund. Your plan will continue to be active until the end of the billing cycle.
Refunds for add-ons depend on when the last payment was made.
